THE DESIGN PROCESS
This process is a general guide, we are however very flexible and fit in with your individual needs. Each project is different and we will guide you through the process.
Consultation
The initial consultation allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your individual needs. It is often preferable to meet at the applicable property so we can familiarise ourselves with the surroundings or indeed sit down with your drawings if you are embarking on a new build. We take time to listen to your ideas, needs and work to understand and develop your vision.
Estimation
After understanding your particular brief we will prepare a detailed and itemised Estimated Fee Proposal, indicating the amount of time we will need to meet your requirements. This is an area by area or item by item breakdown, simplifying the breakdown of costs. This Estimate can go back and forth until you are happy with the final amount of hours we are to spend and that we have covered everything you wish.
Design
Once the Fee Proposal has been accepted by you, the Designer will begin work on your job in stages, communicating at all times and making sure we meet with you regularly to review our progress and make sure you are happy with suggestions before they become decisions. Once the scheme is agreed upon an item by item schedule will be prepared showing selections and choices in each area or for each item.
Pricing
From the schedule we will price each item. Our long established relationships within the industry mean that we can hand onto you significant savings from retail prices. Once you have agreed on the quotes we will order the product and spend time communicating with suppliers and coordinating deliveries to suit you.
Design Management
At Bespoke Interior Design we can be available on site at any time for the co-ordination of deliveries, the monitoring of trades and any installation needed during the Hard Fit Out Programme. Our services also include the coordination of the Soft Fit Out items such as window treatments, furniture, accessories and the placement thereof.
